The bundle bars tagging robotic cell, PolyTAG FC, is a smart solution to tag bundle of cold products (bar, merchant and structural). The system is able to determine the position of the product using a 3D machine vision system and apply the tag with the tracking information on it. The use of low cost consumables and pre-cutted tag dramatically reduces the brake even time and deeply improves the overall reliability with unbeated performances. The system can also perform SHAPE analysis and counting tasks, to improve the traceability and quality of the final product as well prevent mistakes on shipped products.
