Defects detection system on pipes surfaces | PolySCAN T|

The PolySCAN T portal is a plug and play solution that allows to automatically inspect and detect defects on pipes: surface stains, dents, scratches, inclusions of foreign material. This system works on plastic or metal pipes with a diameter ranging between 10 and 160 mm and works at a speed of up to 5.0 m/s.

According to customer's needs, the available configurations are:

• Visual 2D inspection for defects only;

• 3D inspection for dimensional analysis only;

• Complete package with 2D and 3D.
